FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS  – Please read before contacting 
Q – I haven’t received my tickets, and I had an email saying they would be on a following email?
A – We do not send tickets, we are currently trying to remove that message.Print off and bring your paypal confirmation or show on our phone, you will receive this when you purchase please check your junk mail if not come through— this acts as your ticket no other tickets will be sent.If you checked out as a guest you will need to write down the time/date that you booked along with the receipt number which you will need on the day, you will not be sent a separate email. We pay paypal commission so you do not pay booking fees and we cut out any admin as tickets are centrally booked. If you have not received  please call 0800 3687123

Q – Can I purchase tickets over the phone?

A -We do not take ticket sales over the phone.

Q – Do I have to pay for under 2’s and do I pay for adults?
A – All our tickets prices are the same regardless of age, only exception babes in arms that are either in a sling or carrier for the duration of the event – are free. Any person that puts foot to ground is classed as a paying guest, we have very limited amount of tickets. All ticket prices are the same as the events are designed for the whole family to enjoy.

Q – Do carers go free or do you give discounts for large parties?

A – Unfortunately we cant offer either, we only trade a few days a year with very limited tickets

Q – I am trying to book my tickets and the website is saying it is out of stock when I try to put my details in?
A – This means that the time slot you would like is fully booked for the amount of tickets you need, try a different time slot, we always advise purchasing tickets as soon as released. If you subscribe to our Events on Facebook you will receive notification when New Events go on sale.

Q – How long does the trail last?
A – Most Events Approximately 1 hour unless specified.This may vary dependant on group.

Q – I have entered the wrong date/time when I purchased my tickets, what can I do?
A – Unfortunately the tickets are non-refundable and not transferable , which is stated in our terms and conditions. Please ensure before you book you have entered the correct information. However we understand that eventualities happen so are happy for you to sell them on, this is your responsibility to ensure you pass on the paypal confirmation to the new purchaser.

Q – Is there anywhere we can have a picnic?
A – Unfortunately we do not have the facilities for people to stay on the grounds for a picnic, however there are lots of restaurants and parks in the local area.We suggest Wickford memorial for picnics and Basildon Leisure for food outlets

Q – Do I need to bring any extra money?
A – We do have face painting, refreshments and also the opportunity to purchase a professional photograph.

Q – Can I bring my pushchair/ pram, wheelchair in?
A – Unfortunately due to the nature of this event for health and safety reasons we can not allow buggies/prams/wheelchairs into our events. Safety is paramount
Q – What exactly do we do at this event, what is involved?
A – You are taken on a magical immersive trail around themed gardens of our 16th century Manor meeting the characters along the way that will interact with you whilst acting out the story of the theme to the event. Q – I would like to book a private party or a photo shoot, who would I need to contact
A – Please email jane@nevendonmanor.co.uk with as much information as possible with telephone number so we can call you back and discuss as each package is tailor made.
